Marina Digenakis
Sept. 2, 1982 ~ Sept. 9, 2019 (age 37)
Born September 2, 1982 in Athens, Greece, she was the oldest daughter of Kimon Digenakis and Carol Ann (Ulrich) Digenakis, who survive.

She was kind and caring, a loyal friend, and always was concerned about others well being. Marina loved spending time with her niece and nephew, and will forever be missed by her family and friends.
Surviving in addition to her parents are a step mom, Adriana Mihaylova Digenakis, of Muncy; a step dad, Norm Szamocki, of Montgomery; two sisters and a brother-in-law, Melissa and Chris Koch, of Muncy and Dr. Alexandra Digenakis, of Durham, NC; and a niece, Abigail Mae Koch and a nephew, Oliver Roy Koch.
She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Pavlos and Marina Digenakis and maternal grandparents, Jacob and Edith Ulrich.
A memorial service will be held Friday September 13 at noon, at the First United Methodist Church, 602 S. Market St., Muncy, with the church pastor, the Rev. Richard Robinson, officiating. Friends will be received following the service in the church social hall.
